Office Gifts for Him for 2026: Ideas Any Man Will Love
We men can be finicky folk. This isn’t always obvious, but even men with questionable taste have specific likes and interests that can make finding meaningful gifts tricky. But when you win at gift-giving, you REALLY win. We are creatures of habit, so if we love something, we often use it until it turns to dust. Finding something we love goes a very long way.
Sure, gag gifts are appealing (I’m looking at you, basketball hoop trashcan), but choosing something stylish makes the gift extra special, and the man on your list will appreciate the effort. Your pick doesn’t have to cost a lot, but the more attractive and sophisticated it looks, the better. He will use it more, and he will appreciate the thoughtful choice every time he uses it.
It is said that the way to a man’s heart is through their stomach. I say that the way to a man’s appreciation is a gift that tastefully celebrates their manly side – and stylish, sophisticated products do that. You can still add your personal touch with fun (even funny) choices.
I’m a designer who writes about home offices, including masculine home offices and masculine desk accessories. In this article, I list some gift ideas most men would be proud to use and will be convinced you put a ton of thought into them, which, since you are here, you totally did.
Since this article is about gifts, you’re also likely up against a deadline, so let’s dive in.
What to Look for in Office Gifts for Men
They should be items men enjoy looking at and interacting with daily. They should also make them feel like men and be items they are proud to display during a work meeting or Zoom call.
These products do all of the above.
Office Gifts for Him: Ideas for 2025
Here are my picks for great men’s office items this year. They work equally well at work or in a home office.
Oakywood Blocks

A desk set is always a go-to option, but instead of choosing an entire set, you can pick and choose items in finishes that best fit his office look. I own items from Oakywood and have been amazed by the quality. The company takes time to choose truly beautiful wood. The quality and styling are so good that I may keep my items forever. Why replace them?
Pick as many or as few pieces as your budget allows.
Ember Temperature Control Smart Mug

Few things are worse than expecting a warm cup of coffee and finding it cold. This cup keeps liquids nice and warm while his brain is busy. When he remembers to take a sip, the warm drink warms his soul. It is also attractive. He and others will appreciate the gift by looks alone. It is a cozy home for his favorite drink.
A Productivity Planner: The Best Self Planner

I have in-depth experience with using productivity planners and created an article with my top picks. The one above was my winner. Each has its own benefits, but if you don’t know him or his way of thinking, the one above is my top choice. It is also an undated planner, so he can use it when he feels like it and not when he doesn’t.
Another nice option is a Sterling Ink planner. The black option is particularly nice for men. Check out my review of Sterling Ink here, and a special discount.
If you prefer ring planners, I have an entire article devoted to them, and I have even designed inserts.
Fancy Notebook: The Monte Blanc Notebook

Notebooks come and go, which may leave you wondering why you should buy him a leather version. The answer is the same: if he will only have the notebook for a short time, he will likely not buy a leather version. This is a chance to give him something he appreciates without the financial guilt.
There are a wealth of masculine notebooks on Amazon, but if your budget is juicy, go with this Montblanc above. You can even go larger (8″ x 10″) so that he avoids paper envy.
Baseball Stress Balls

Guys like balls. They like to fondle them, squeeze them, and throw them against hard objects to relieve stress and help us think better. Don’t ask why; you’ll just see confused expressions on their faces.
For these reasons, a stress ball is always an excellent choice for men, but when it looks like a baseball, even better. We love baseballs because they remind us of our youth and our dreams of making it to professional sports.
Juggling balls: Zeekio Josh Horton Pro Series

As I just mentioned above, we love balls, and by and large, balls make cool gifts for men. Here is another go-to choice to help distract the mind for a bit so that he stays more productive overall.
I used to work in advertising. There was a good reason the creative department always had toys around: they aid with thinking. The same goes for any profession.
These are literally the best-looking juggling balls I have seen, and they genuinely exude masculine vibes. Note that the link is for just one ball, so you will need to buy three to really do it right.
Business Card Holder: Kingfom Business Card Holder

Business cards often end up crinkled and damaged in wallets, so they benefit from having their own special home. I like this business card holder because it avoids issues found in other designs.
- Firstly, you don’t need to fiddle with it to open it, which takes time and seems to suck away from the bonding experience between you and the person you are handing the card to. Handing a business card shouldn’t be like displaying a treasured heirloom. You have work to do. With a quick flip, the card will be in your hand so you can stay focused.
- Second, you can set the cards upside down to prevent damage to the card face when the cardholder is in your pocket.
- Third, you don’t need to worry about showing a scratched metal case because it doesn’t stay in focus; it mostly hides in your hand.
- Fourth, it has a clean, modern design without sharp edges, and it fits comfortably in your pocket.
- Fifthly… just kidding; I’m done.
Video Photo Frame: Bigasuo WiFi Smart Picture Frame

Why should he struggle to select one perfect photo for his frame when he can select from many instead? This digital photo frame makes it easy to choose a picture that suits his mood and showcases what he wants to promote during office visits or Zoom calls. If his client loves tennis, why not show himself playing the game, sort of speak?
A New Mouse: Logitech Lift Vertical Ergonomic Mouse

A mouse is often a personal choice, but sometimes a man, or anyone else, for that matter, won’t buy something that is a gamble. Who needs a second mouse when the one he has works fine? He does, and this one is good.
This mouse is unconventional because it is taller than it is wide, letting him grip it without turning his wrist. It looks odd, which may prevent him from buying it for himself, but it works like a dream. It adds wrist comfort during long workdays, which he will appreciate. He may think it’s a joke at first, but you’ll have the last laugh.
I own this mouse and use it now and again with my standard option. I would replace it completely, but I have very large hands, so if your man does, it may not be the best choice. I find it especially helpful for scrolling, selecting imagery or text, and moving them around, which I just did in this paragraph. I love this mouse so much that I included it in my article on the best desk accessories for men.
Office Gym Equipment

The great thing about office gym equipment is you can find equipment to fit any space, even cubicles. There are so many options that I created an entire article on the subject. And since guys sometimes need to burn off steam, the compact equipment is there whenever the urge hits. They work especially well in home offices, where space for working and exercising gets tight.
A Reclining Desk Chair

This idea takes the ergonomic desk chair to a whole new level, literally. He can finally kick back and relax at work while still getting things done. Sometimes we all need a new perspective or a bit of a rest to keep us going. Reclining chairs with footrests are gaining in popularity for these reasons, so much so that I wrote an entire article on the topic. Just pick the one that fits his taste. If your budget is tight, here are some more affordable options. If you want the option for a footrest that sits directly on the floor, I have a number of favorites.
Light Bar

I was surprised to love my light bar when I first got one, but it has fully replaced my need for a desk lamp. Just like me, your man may look at it funny, but I swear by it. I even wrote an entire article on the full range of light bars out today. Pick the one that fits your budget. He will no longer need any other light on his desk and won’t spend his days squinting at his screen.
It is also a perfect gift because, like other items on this list, he likely wouldn’t have bought it on his own. He will also likely never replace it and be thankful to you each time he turns it on.
A Fountain Pen: Pilot Metropolitan Fountain Pen

A fountain pen may not top his office supply list, but I received one as a gift and learned firsthand how it transformed my writing experience. I use it more and more for the best connection from brain to paper.
You’ll also benefit from my experience here. Fountain pens are a whole world, and an expensive one. Worse still, no single pen checks everyone’s boxes, so to speak. Regardless, after much trial and error, I found this pen to be one of the better designs out there, and it is well-priced and looks masculine. It also feels enduring, like something he can add to his permanent collection.

Once he falls in love with fountain pen writing, he can dive into the world on his own, but you won’t have to pay for it. This pen comes with ink, but give him more. This ink works wonderfully. The pen comes with a refillable bladder inside.
Even if he doesn’t fall in love with fountain pens, this one is fun to try. It truly is the perfect gift.
A Desk Clock: The Dreamsky Digital Alarm Clock

This clock comes in six colors, so you aren’t limited to black. All of them have a low-profile look, but he gains the advantage of reading the time and date without squinting at the corner of his monitor. I don’t know why reading dates and times on a computer is so difficult.
The black-and-white design suits most masculine-style offices while giving him the headline information he needs as fast as possible. Time is money, after all.
TopMade Wireless Charting Mat

One advantage of time is the availability of new products. Now we’re seeing ample desk mats that double as wireless charging stations. You still have the plug to the mat, but as for your phone and earbuds, no plug needed!
Wall Art

Add some interest to his office with art. A great thing about today’s art is that many pieces are easy to buy or make yourself, if you’re interested. But don’t worry, you can buy it too.
Japandi art is becoming particularly popular. Here are some of my top Japandi wall art options you can buy today. I also created an article on how to make the art. It’s easier than it looks!
Desk Set: Luxury Leather Desk Set by EagleOffice

Even though I have accessory blocks at the top of this list, desk sets still make great gifts. They add the finishing touch to any desk setup.
I’ve seen a lot of desk sets. Many of them look too traditional or have bright, exposed thread with the leather. In this option, the threads match the leather, and each element’s design is clean and elegant. My may not use all of them, but I guarantee he’ll use most.
Sony WH-CH720N Noise Canceling Headphones

Headphones are always a great go-to gift. Options that offer noise blocking are even better, especially if he works remotely.
I own this pair shown above and find them so comfortable that I use them every day. I also love that this option costs much less than other versions on the market. The quality today is so good that you really don’t need to pay the highest price. Other options may suit his unique needs, so I put together a list of best-selling options with different features.
Air Plants

If he isn’t a plant guru, no worries; there is a plant for that. Air plants need little to no water (depending on humidity) and no soil. Just drop one in a dish or pot – and on top of rocks for a special touch.
Traveler’s Notebook

This is a creative idea he will appreciate because it isn’t just a work device. This is a manly version of a paper organizer and works particularly well if he is traveling or enjoys private journaling.
You can find books for inside at the same link at the bottom of that page. He’ll also learn that shopping all the options is part of the fun!
Daily Planner Cards

These cards keep the day’s most important tasks front and center without cluttering up your desk or getting lost in the abyss of a thick organizer. He’ll know exactly what to do each day. It is mighty attractive and will work with most masculine desk setups.
WIWU Tech Organizer Travel Case

Yes, he needs this, and he will appreciate it. Right now, he likely tosses cords into a bag or briefcase, but I can tell you firsthand that keeping cords organized makes life a whole lot easier.
I own this travel tech organizer and am amazed by the quality. It is so sturdy and durable that it seems it will never break. It is also easy to clean. Best of all, it doesn’t have a purse-like look, which men hate. It’s masculine through and through.
